He brings over 20 years of experience as a trusted strategic counsel to boards of directors and executive leadership teams. A recognized leader in corporate governance, Jeremy has championed the development of award-winning diversity policies and implementation of comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies, including corporate social responsibility partnerships. Prior to joining Thinkific, Jeremy held senior legal roles at Westport Fuel Systems and Methanex Corporation. He began his legal career specializing in corporate & commercial law at Miller Thomson LLP.
Jeremy has a long history of community involvement, having served as a Director of the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation and as President of the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association (Vancouver Section). He holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
