Social Toolkit

We’ve launched Women’s Health Research Month to raise funds to support high-quality, high-impact research to improve the health of women and newborns in BC.

Only eight per cent of national research dollars are allocated to women’s health, despite women making up over half the population, highlighting the urgency for action.

BC Women’s Health Foundation (BCWHF), in partnership with Women’s Health Research Institute (WHRI) and BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre, is addressing that gap. An investment in women’s health research is a step towards new evidence-based solutions that inform and transform the health and healthcare of all women.
