Janice Margolis

One of Canada’s most respected philanthropy experts, Janice Loomer
Margolis has dedicated her 30 year career to supporting fundraising activities for worthwhile causes.

Trained as a lawyer, Janice’s legal practice centred on charity law, tax
planning, charitable giving and wills and estates. With her understanding of the legal side of the charitable sector under her belt, the transition to philanthropy work was seamless.

Today, Janice is a skilled facilitator and mentor with a unique ability to work with individuals, couples and families to help them articulate their values, motivations, interests and desired impacts and transform them into practical, fulfilling and measurable giving plans.
