The 2019-2020 Impact Report titled Here For Her is now available to download.
This past year’s report highlights the many ways that your investments are amplifying the voices of women, making systemic changes in policy and practice, bridging the gender gap in women’s health research, and helping to fund vital equipment and upgrades at the province’s dedicated women’s hospital.
Inside, you will find stories like uncovering healthcare realities for women in BC through the In Her Words report, and advocating for the elimination of cervical cancer with a $10-million investment towards cervical cancer research from the federal government; from the development of virtual support tools for postpartum depression, to expanding the opportunities for gynecological surgeries at BC Women’s Hospital. These incredible milestones are credited in a large part to the inspirational, philanthropic spirit of donors and supporters like you who are making a difference in the lives of women, newborns, and families throughout BC.
Thank you for bringing us one step closer to healthy women everywhere, capable of anything.
