Gopi Chande is Senior Vice-President, Finance at TELUS. Her portfolio includes leading the treasury, corporate development, pensions & sustainability portfolios. Gopi has held various leadership positions at TELUS for the past 13 years and sits on the TELUS Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board. Prior to joining TELUS, she earned her CPA, CA designation with gold medal distinction with KPMG, and worked in their Vancouver, Budapest, and Silicon Valley offices. She has a strong background in governance and financial oversight with Boards and currently serves on the Boards of the TELUS Workers’ Pension Plan, Concert Properties, and CANARIE. With her strong commitment to community, she also is Chair of the Mulgrave Independent School Board and a mentor with the Professional Women’s Group of Dress for Success. Gopi and her husband have two teenagers and as a family are avid travelers. She is passionate about investment in personal, physical, and mental health and looks forward to supporting BC Women’s Health Foundation.
