Khaleeda Jamal

Specializing in the social impact sector, Khaleeda Jamal is an executive search professional with a track record of successful leadership appointments in not-for-profit, healthcare, higher education, and related organizations. She has conducted over 100 searches, advising boards, search committees and executives in securing exceptional leadership. Adept in developing strategic talent solutions to governance challenges and executive-level succession planning, she is a sought-after speaker on leadership development and won Boyden’s Associate of the Year award in 2019.

She strongly values and is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, and Indigenization, understanding the power it has for building talent, driving innovation and improving decision-making by bringing together multiple voices. She served as Chair of Boyden Vancouver’s Antiracism and EDI Working Group.

With a deep commitment to community, Khaleeda previously served as a Board Advisor for the BCWHF HR & Compensation Committee and believes strongly in research, advocacy, and awareness to further health equity.

Khaleeda holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science from McGill University.
